8 Week Turkey Trot Running Program 


On November 22nd, 2018, I completed the 5-mile 2018 Austin Turkey Trot. I followed the below training program to go from 0 to 5 miles in 8 weeks. This is a great entry level training program for anyone that is looking to ease their way into running.
