I want to live in a world where everyone reaches their happiness. Although there are challenges that arise that will sometimes hinder our progress, I believe that everyone is capable of and deserves to reach the top of the mountain that they are looking to climb.
Although happiness looks and feels a little different for all of us, I found that succeeding in your career and healthy living are two great vehicles to help you get there. My ability to advance my career has allowed me to work in a field that I love and helped me enjoy a life where my wife and I can live comfortably. We have gone on so many different trips, adopted two dogs, enjoy a fun social life with our friends and family and effectively save for retirement. Additionally, the implementation of basic healthy living habits has helped me lead a healthy life while feeling good about myself. These habits have also helped me compete in some really cool competitions!
All of these things bring balance to your life to which makes you feel better about you and allows you to focus on the things most important to you. The purpose of this site is to help you achieve this work life balance so that you can reach your happiness.

Regardless, it is my belief that, everyone has the right to feel good about themselves. As an individual who works a 9-5 job, I can understand where it may get hard to find the time to fit healthy living into your life. However, the Fitness Help section of this page includes training programs and tips on how to implement basic fitness habits into your life that can be easily slipped into you schedule. All in all, I will share with you the training programs that I used to live a healthier life while completing some really cool competitions. To date, I have completed multiple 5K races, a full marathon and a sprint level triathlon.
